Intro call
Thirty minutes. You don't need a plan. We look at whether there is something with enough volume to take on.
Working session
A half day with your team. At the end there is a process map, a prioritised list, and one chosen topic to start with.
Build or coach
From here there are two roads. If you want your own people to learn it, it becomes the retainer. If something needs to be built, it becomes a pilot at a fixed price.
It runs
What we build goes into production, with logging so you can see afterwards what happened. You get the documentation you need to carry on with it yourself.
No lock-in
Every step stands on its own. Stop in between? Then you only pay for what has been done and you keep everything that is there.
